Albany Industrial Park was conceived by two families. Mike & Dee Barber and Bill & Patsy Noble over a cup of coffee many years ago. We believed then as we believe now that Albany needs an industrial and commercial area that has more than the odd quarter acre block. Albany was not ready for larger blocks then but we believe the City of Albany is ready for them now.
As soon as available we will have some building designs on this site.
